Kelly was fantastic. Buying a house in early 2022 presented many challenges: COVID, war in the Ukraine, volatile market, interest rates all over, etc. Kelly did a fantastic job despite this. Being that it was my first time buying a home, I would've appreciated more of a roadmap, visualizing the steps to take and what was required at each, but that's just personal preference. In a way, knowing what to expect and "brace" at each juncture. The interest rates went up sharply right before closing due to the conflict in the Ukraine, but Kelly did his best to make it right and it's much appreciated!
